We are seeking psychiatrists with a background in emergency medicine, intensive care, or ambulatory care. Candidates with additional training or interest in areas like addiction, tele-psychiatry, child and adolescent, or geriatrics may be considered as well. All positions include extensive opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows or collaborate with a top research institute at the university.
 
Director of Emergency Psychiatry
  • Drive the growth and development of emergency psychiatry services
  • Based at one hospital, a level 1 trauma center with over 85,000 annual visits
  • Opportunity to interface with ED staff, do clinical research, and have a large role in developing an emergency psychiatry fellowship
  • 1:11 weekend call rotation
Director of Intensive Care
  • Oversee integration and development of multiple inpatient programs
  • Provide leadership to a dedicated and skilled group of interdisciplinary clinicians and trainees
  • Focus on Inter professional education and seek to build a platform of clinical services
  • 1:11 weekend call rotation
Director of Ambulatory Care
  • Oversee integration and development of multiple ambulatory programs
  • Develop and support a cross-platform program serving patient populations with diverse needs 
  • Provide leadership to a dedicated and skilled group of interdisciplinary clinicians and trainees
  • 1:11 weekend call rotation
Director of Tele-Psychiatry
  • Oversee integration and development of multiple clinical sites
  • Develop and support a cross-platform program serving patient populations with diverse needs 
  • Provide leadership to a dedicated and skilled group of interdisciplinary clinicians and trainees
  • 1:11 weekend call rotation
Faculty Needs: Psychiatric Intensivist, Addiction Psychiatrist and Telepsychiatrist
  • Cover one inpatient team with high acuity patients
  • Opportunity to expand ECT program
  • Residents or fellows take primary call
