A leading cancer center is seeking a Hematologist/Medical Oncologist. The center has a strong research commitment and is part of an NCI funded N-CORP and a member of the Dana Farber Blood Cancer Research Partnership (BCRP). This is an employed position with a competitive salary and benefits package. This cancer center is undergoing a significant expansion making this an excellent opportunity to join a growing program with opportunities for academic development.  You will join a team of 10 Hematology/Oncology providers plus 8 mid-level providers.
  • Cancer Center founded in 1994 to serve a 9-county area
  • Joint collaboration between two hospitals with a vision to deliver exceptional, comprehensive and integrated cancer care to patients
  • Academic appointment available via affiliation with new Medical School
  • Center employs more than 240 individuals with clinical environment supported by multidisciplinary team of Physicians, NPs, PAs, Nurses and Data Managers
  • 55,000 sq. ft. main campus with development plans for additional 100,000 sq. ft. to be added plus six affiliate satellite clinics
  • 37 chair/bed infusion center
  • Research focus – 4% of patients on clinical and bio-specimen trials last year
  • Phase I, II, III and IV clinical trials
  • QOPI Certified Practice, NAPBC Accreditation, Vanguard Practice for ASCO CancerLinQ and a Member of Dana Farber BCRP
  • 4 Radiation Oncologists plus state-of-the-art linear accelerators on-site
  • 3 Gynecological Oncologists in the practice plus a Surgical Oncologist on-site
