We are searching for multiple providers that can focus on either pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, or a combination of both, dependent on your practice interests. Our hospital is noted as the only hospital group to have lowered their cost of medicine in Wisconsin last year. Our hospital group is also nationally recognized for their quality of medicine produced.
Pulmonology Practice:
  • Full pulmonology clinic services including a pulmonary function lab, lung nodule clinic, and lung screens
  • Ability to do EBUS
  • 2 APPs within pulmonology practice
  • Highly skilled nursing staff for each physician
Critical Care Practice:
  • A focus on critical care in a 17-bed ICU with an average daily census of 10
  • A 7-on / 7-off schedule with midlevel overnight support
  • The option to perform pulmonology consults
  • Annual base salary plus healthy work-life balance
Practice Benefits/Incentives:
  • Two-year base salary plus RVU production bonus

  • 6 weeks off per year for vacation and CME plus CME stipend of $5,000
