By addressing the causes for physician dissatisfaction, physician recruiters can help create a recruiting environment that is attractive to today’s doctors. The fact is that medical practice conditions are not uniform across the country and the grass really can be greener when hospitals and medical groups understand how to structure practice opportunities to appeal to physicians. I would be interested in your reactions to the survey and in any insight visitors to this site may have on how best to retain physicians.
